Understanding feedback, opinions and indirect communication

Swedish communication is often perceived as indirect.

Feedback, opinions and decisions may sometimes be expressed in ways that are difficult to interpret if you are not familiar with Swedish workplace culture.

In this workshop we discuss:

  • how feedback is often expressed in Sweden

  • how to interpret indirect language

  • how to ask clarifying questions
